Termidor Dry is specifically formulated and sold for the control of termite species. It has a latest patented MicrolloseTM-based formulation and can be applied directly to termite galleries in wood, shelter tubes or carton nests. Microllose BASF’s purified microcrystalline cellulose matrix [ref]BASF Co official web page[/ref] is a very appetizing termite food source (Termidor bait treat), which doesn’t add moisture to wood and doesn’t repel drywoods via change of moisture level. Termidor termite dust performs a targeted control on galleries and nest chambers of subterranean and drywood species in any wood indoors and outside home.
Termidor DRY is a 0.5% fipronil powder. It exterminates the variety of termites for a short period of time. Fipronil is transferred among termite castes via the unique “Transfer EffectTM”. It means that, when a worker touches the powder, it becomes a “carrier”, delivering Termidor termite dust to other termites via feeding and contact, spreading it like a virus throughout the colony.
